House / Villa - Playa Blanca

We were very happy with the villa and any questions were answered very quickly by Alex. He was very helpful.

Spacious well appointed villa within a very short flat walk to the Marina area of Playa Blanca. 3 large bedrooms, 1 with en-suite and 2 further bathrooms. All nicely decorated. Spacious well fitted kitchen with everything you need. Especially helpful to have plenty of glassware, crockery and cutlery etc which is sometimes lacking in other rentals. A lovely welcome pack of wine, water, ham, bread etc which was great as we arrived on a late flight. Alex was quick to answer any queries and was very helpful throughout. The villa has its own pool and sun terrace which was nice but as the last review states, the villa you stay in may not be the villa on the listing lead photo. I checked before I left and there are 11 identical villas which vary slightly in decoration, but some of them have had their pool area renovated and some are still to be completed. So ours was villa 14 and hadn’t been renovated whereas we could see next door which looked much more spacious outside. So I would suggest if booking ensure you ask for one that’s been renovated in the pool area. Alex told me they’re hoping to complete all the villas during 2024. My only other criticism is there is no air on or ceiling fans. Even sleeping with the bedroom window and patio doors open it was still too uncomfortable. There was an old portable fan in the villa but it was far too noisy to sleep with it on. Hopefully this will also be sorted during renovations.

We have just come home from a lovely stay at Villa Yaiza. Great location near to the marina Rubicon. Took us 3 minutes to walk to the supermarket. Villa needs a little TLC but was fine for what we needed. Pool a little chilly but warmed up during the day. Alex was really helpful throught the booking process and also whilst we were away.

Perfect location but the property requires a lot of work. The villa is not the one pictured & there is very little room for a group of adults to sunbathe. We had a few issues but the management were very quick to act which is good. We would have preferred the villa in the photographs as ours was not quite as nice.
