Run from this place!

Location, play park for the kids, very quiet

It was my first time on Cornwall and we went with our kids and some friends, but this might the worst place where we have stayed, as this house has never seen a hoover or a mop on its life. Our kids after a few minutes playing, had their socks completely black and dirty. There was hair on every corner of the toilet, the windows were dirty, the chairs, table and kitchen furniture were sticky. There was a bad smell on the entire house, and a smell of urine on the living room. We had to wash the crockery, plates, etc we used, as it was very easy to see this was not properly washed. We found a dirty sock on the floor on one of the bedrooms as well upon arrival. There was also minimum water to wash up. Definitely not a place I would recommend. We were not expecting any luxury, but at least a minimum of cleanliness. When I reported that at Reception on check out, they did not seemed much interested though..

Highly recommend for a great value family break

Accomodation was better than expected for the price, really felt like a home got the week. Not luxury but certainly great value and comfortable. Lovely little park and pool, felt like a real community with all the houses in a circle over looking the play park. My boy LOVED the crazy golf. Great set up to have cars parked outside the accomodation area, meaning mainly felt safe letting kids run around.

Swimming got cancelled because lifeguard had to run Bingo, which was weird, but these things happen

Family and dog friendly base, great for exploring...

Great park,safe, clean, well maintained and free activities (golf, tennis, swimmming). Close to local villages and beaches, all a few minutes drive away. Not far from A30 so a great base for exploring. The house itself was modern, clean and fully equipped, we cooked every day and wanted for nothing.

The WiFi, we were close to reception and although I'd paid for WiFi for the week, it kept throwing us out to log into the WiFi in the entertainment area. Got a bit frustrating at times, so this needs sorting somehow.

Great park family & dog friendly

Stayed in Silver - how well equipped it was! Dishwasher, airfryer, electric grill, hoover, electric fire place- just perfect! Big 3 rooms, open kitchen & living room. Dog & disabled friendly.

Felt in general the site was good value for money.

Staff were very friendly no issues there what's so ever. Accommodation was the size as expected and facilites in our room as expected. Loved the pool facilities, temperature of the pool was great and wasn't too busy in there. Loveeeed the sauna. the shop is well stocked and not too pricey.

Felt like the park itself is long over due renovation. The chalet we stayed in was very clean, but the furniture and the decor needs updating. there were several areas of maintenance required also i.e damage to the walls, cupboard doors not able to shut We played crazy golf, the surface was rugged tarmac which made playing the game, espeically for young kids difficult and so a llittle more frustrating - just needs updating with astro. We had no incentive to stay on the park in the evenings so went out to eat and for entertainment.

Excellent value

Accomodation was first class, staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Food in the Bar is first class and good value for money. Would definitely stay again and recommend to Family and Friends.

Unfortunately the bus service that stops outside the park let's the park down, they are either late or doesn't turn up. We went to Perranporth for the day and the last bus didn't turn up, so had to get a taxi back.

lots of space, perfect for our new little family, great kitchenette for utensils that were needed, if we did need them. bed were very comfy and property clean.
