Villages of Five Points in Lewes, DE is a conveniently located resort property and our home offers quick access to three beaches, highly rated restaurants providing takeout and delivery, a walking path, biking trail, hiking, and backyard barbecue. A grocery store and drug store are within walking distance.
Walk to the nearby pool and the tennis and pickle ball courts. Historic downtown Lewes, 2.4 miles away, straddles a marina, and homes dating back to the the 1700s. The home is within 10 minutes of Lewes Beach (the bay) and Cape Henlopen State Park (the ocean). Just 7 miles from both Rehoboth Beach and Dewey Beach. Do a day trip to Cape May, NJ by taking the Cape May-Lewes Ferry. Go golfing, fishing, or sightseeing. Do all of this and end your days relaxing at a large and luxurious beach home that is perfect for large family and/or friend gatherings. This 4 bed 3 1/2 bath home sleeps ten. Nice house, good location, 2 large bedrooms plus 2 small ones, cleaning was disappointing(trash baskets weren't empty dirty laundry left under bed), lock on front door was damaged making it inconvenient to use.
