The apartment was very clean and well equipped. Not that we ate there as there are resteraunts close by. Brilliant location for the shopping mall and Disneyland. Shuttle bus was 100mtrs up the road for a free ride to Disney. Leaving every 20minutes. Tge reception area was warm and welcoming. The hot chocolate from the machine was delicious. Staff were friendly.

Très bon accueil du personnel. Le logement est spacieux lumineux, propre et bien équipé. Piscine appréciée par nos petits enfants. Tout à côté de la place Toscane au Val d Europe. Place de stationnement proche de l appartement.

There was a gated parking lot which secured our vehicle and it was close to the train station and mall
The property was a hotel, but our room rental was from a separate individual. This seems similar to how timeshare owners can sublet their time of the room to other individuals. That meant the staff there was not able to help us, but we had to contact the individual we rented the room through to get support for any issues. The person we rented through was prompt in their responses, but it was potentially a difficulty if we ran into issues that we would have to rely on them to coordinate any type of Support to get something fixed for us. Also, the pictures of the rooms on Booking.com did not match with the rooms look like inside, to a significant extent.
