Great Location , family friendly

The location was perfect , so close to Disney and the Shopping Mall

Bit confused looking for it as it is Adagio , no mention of La Suite Enchantee anywhere . Attention to detail needs looking into . Missing panels on the kitchen , dead plant on the balcony , crooked toilet roll holder and picture on the wall broken

Great Stay with Convenient Amenities!

We had a wonderful time at SUITE ENCHANTEE! The location is beautiful, just a five to six-minute walk to the Val d'Europe shopping center and Sea Life Paris Val d'Europe. The free shuttle to and from Disneyland is a fantastic bonus, and there are buses available just a three-minute walk away for easy public transport access.

While the stay was enjoyable, a few enhancements would make it even better. It would be nice to have wine bottles available and the addition of a washing machine would be helpful. Also, some areas, including the bedroom and elevator doors, could use refurbishment to match the lovely interior decor. Overall, I highly recommend this place and look forward to returning!

Great location, decent apartment size, free shuttle to Disney, walking distance to huge mall.

The apartment location and size is great, very close to Disney, with free shuttle and a shopping mall nearby. 2 decent sized rooms, 2 baths and a sofa bed. Kitchen has all cutlery, glasses and pans. It can accommodate a family 5 ppl easily.

The apartment can do with some maintenance and deep cleaning. It appears clean and in good condition initially but there are some hidden issues that you discover if you spend a couple of nights there. We noticed a foul smell in the toilets as if they were not in use for a long time. The dishwasher leaked causing puddle on the floor. We also found a bed bug in one of the beds on the last night. One of the toilet shower also overflooded while taking a shower causing another puddle. Lots of light bulbs were fuse and master bed wall light was dangling and not fixed properly to the wall. The keybox took any combination and didnt lock properly. We reported these issues with pics to the host who was quite apologetic, but couldn't do much. Hopefully they will fix these issues for future guests.

Great stay, fantastic host

Its location was perfect, easy to get to the city for sight seeing and easy to walk or free shuttle to Disney. Great spot, felt really safe with 4 little kids

It was slightly confusing to find and the taxi driver wasn’t sure whether he dropped us at the correct address. Once we got in the receptionist confirmed that the location was right.

Poor quality for money

Proximity to DLP and Shopping district

Broken fixtures in upstairs bathroom, downstairs shower not sealed properly so floor ended up being slip hazard. Animal hair on the beds, no washing machine as in the description, balcony had several broken plastic tiles.

Right next door to Val de Europe.

We really looked forward to the pool but we were so disappointed. It was FREEZING. Lasted 30 seconds and had to get out. We were devastated.

the location

It was not at all cleaned and ready to welcome any guests. renovation gear was still in the apartment. if it looks like this after renovation I don’t even want to think about how it looked like before. We arrived the apartment and quickly turned around and left. It was not up to standard whatsoever. I have family in Paris and stay at Serris twice a year and this was by far the worst place I have seen. It was small, smelly, not cleaned with staines everywhere. especially in the bathrooms. the pictures looks a lot more cozy than what you actually get. The parking that was a part of the apartment was occupied and used by the hotel itself. The code to the car park gate did not work so we had to get help getting out once we got in the first time. We ended up booking somewhere else and you should to

The Location and kitchen facilities. Cupboards are stocked with essentials, lots of towels for everyone and host was very welcoming. Bus stop is a few metres away and got to Disneyland within 10mins.

The bedsheet had not been changed. Shuttle to Disneyland is not provided as you are a privately hosted within adagio, so save yourself the embarrassment and get a taxi/bus. Also, the flat was extremely hot, could barely get any sleep.

Lovely stay in a lovely apartment in a fantastic location.

It was a lovely Apartment in a very convenient location. Close to Disney with restaurants and shops on the doorstep. The shuttle to Disney was helpful and the room had everything we needed. The pool was lovely and we had a really nice time. Thank you.

Location was great. Close to restaurants and shopping mall. The Disney parks were just 10 minutes away with the shuttle bus. Apartment was comfortable and good in size for two adults and two children. Kitchen was well equipped but could use some extra cutlery.

Cleanliness could be improved. Flowers on the terrace were dead.

L'appartement était très agréable pour un court séjour avec 6 personnes (2 adultes et 4 grands enfants). Appartement assez chaleureux avec tout ce qu'il faut pour se sentir comme chez soi.

Piscina con acqua gelida! Sarà stata 18 gradi la mia bambina aveva le macchie rosse sulla pelle da quanto era fredda! Per me assurdo avere una piscina con acqua così gelida!. Quando siamo partiti di notte il signore alla reception stava dormendo sul divano ed era anche abbastanza infastidito che mi doveva aprire il cancello per me assurdo che se uno fa la notte in reception stia a dormire sul divano

Dårlig stand

Stort Kjøpesenter svært nært.

Svært dårlig renhold på hotellet. Leiligheten har vannlekkasjer, dårlig sovesofa, flere ting som er defekt og ikke blir reparert til tross for tilbakemelding til eier. Det mangler røykvarsler i leiligheten.

Dégoûté.

J’ai réservé un logement à 00h30 et j’ai immédiatement reçu une confirmation. Je suis arrivé sur place à 2h du matin, mais je n’ai trouvé ni les clés, ni le code, ni d’indication sur l’étage ou l’immeuble. Impossible également de joindre le numéro de téléphone indiqué dans la confirmation. J’ai dû rester dans la rue, en pleine nuit, avec ma famille jusqu’à 3h du matin. Lendemain, on m’a expliqué que l’entrée n’était plus possible après 22h. Pourtant, ma réservation a bien été acceptée à 00h30, sans aucun avertissement concernant cette restriction. J’ai donc été contraint d’annuler toutes mes vacances, y compris les billets achetés pour Disneyland, qui sont désormais perdus. Certes, on m’a remboursé le prix des chambres, mais cela n’efface pas le fait que mes vacances ont été complètement gâchées.

La douche ,lorsque l'on se douchait le sol était inondé heureusement qu'il y avait un tapis de bain pour éponger.

L’appartamento è in buone condizioni e comodo per andare a visitare Disneyland. Vi sono negozi e ristoranti molto vicini.

Al nostro arrivo, in orario notturno verso le ore 23:30 come da accordi, abbiamo trovato l’appartamento non ripulito e le lenzuola non cambiate. Non era stato ancora preparato per noi. Dopo numerosi messaggi e tentativi di contatto con il proprietario, all’1 e mezza di notte , con 3 bambini piccoli, abbiamo dovuto trovare una soluzione alternativa per la prima notte. La struttura alternativa è stata pagata dal proprietario, però questa disavventura iniziale ci ha creato molto disagio rovinando la nostra vacanza.
