We arrived late and there was no one at the reception. The kiosk at the front gate has a notice saying that we can use the machine to get our room card but the whole machine was OFF! I have to use my own phone to call somebody to let us in (imagine your phone can’t make a call in France you will be staying in cold all night outside of the apartment). After we finally checked in we saw another family had the same issue and couldn’t get in and asking for our help. This is just very frustrating for everyone. We asked the person on the phone is there any free breakfast there and he said yes so my bf went to have breakfast the next morning. On the third day the male manager using a rude tone to my bf saying you have to pay! This is not free! Your room rate doesn’t include free breakfast! Come! Pay now! He could have used a better tone even there is misunderstanding info or offer a discount because their staff provided this misleading info. NONE. He treated us like a thief that took their food at the breakfast. This ridiculous and just arrogant.
