Brand new remodeled beach house. Upper 3/2 and lower 2/2, four car tandem garage. Wonderful for large family get togethers. Just steps to the sand, walking distance to pier, restaurants and shopping.

It was great staying here. I so appreciated the extra's that most other rentals do not supply. Dish soap, dishwasher soap, trash bags, hand soap in the bathrooms and shower soap! That is huge when you have to add all of that to the grocery list. Everything was clean and organized, I can't think of anything we needed that wasn't there. Thank you!

The kitchen had plenty of pots and pans, making it easy to cook dinners at home. The location was fantastic, just a quick walk to the beach, which made our stay even more enjoyable. It was a fantastic experience, and we all had a great time!"

We needed a home to sleep 13 plus a toddler. This house worked great for our large family traveling to Newport for a memorial celebration for our parents. The 2 units were the perfect setup for our family so we could remain together. The garage is a huge plus as parking in Newport is a nightmare. Wendy was VERY responsive to any communication I had with her and answered very quickly. There were not many properties to choose from that met our needs but were so happy to find something so updated and clean. Its very simple decor which we love. The kitchen had what we needed. We did not use washer and dryer as was a short stay. Thank you Wendy for an exceptional property.

We celebrated our 50th anniversary by having our 3 children & their families join us at this property. It was great, especially having 4 teenagers & being close to the beach. Wendy was great in responding to our texts. Everyone enjoyed themselves greatly. We loved the tandem parking in the garage! We would rent this again. Wendy supplied beach chairs & towels which made it so much easier.

Our family of 9 had a great stay! It was wonderful to have all the beach equipment available to us so that we didn’t have to pack it. The walk to the beach was short and easy for all of us. We rented bikes for the week so we could get everywhere without driving. The kitchen was well equipped for family dinners. The upstairs unit we used for game nights and the downstairs we used for bbq dinners. We definitely would stay here again! Thanks,Wendy, for checking on us when we got there.

We had a great time. House was clean and beautifully decorated. Towels and soap were provided. A little bit confusing about the 2 separate units- they do not connect in anyway. It wasn’t a big deal, I just didn’t realize that until we got there. A fun weekend celebrating a bachelorette!

My family of 6 visited from Michigan for a short weekend trip after a cruise out of Long Beach. We rented both units with the intentions of our California family coming and staying as well. It just ended up being the 6 of us because we had unexpected circumstances. So the 6 of us spread out and enjoyed the beautiful high end finishes and comforts of home between the 2 units. Family was able to come out for lunch at a local restaurant and came back to the house for a tour and relaxation for a few hours. The 15 of us enjoyed the space and front sitting area visiting and socializing with the neighbor. The place is extremely clean and has everything you need to cook, wash clothes, and visit the beach that is a short 1 block walk and all the sites of Newport less than 1 mile away. 10/10!

We really enjoyed this home for our recent trip to Newport. The home was exactly as we needed. 2 minute walk from the beach, and had everything we needed for the beach, which is great. There were a couple small things that came up while we staying, but the host was very quick to respond and address our questions. I highly recommend this for any family looking to take a trip to this area.

Beautiful, updated, fresh and clean house located near the beach, grocery store and restaurants. We rented both the upper and lower unit for a girls weekend and had the best time!! We cooked meals, sat on the patio, slept like babies in the comfy rooms, and were grateful for all of the beach chairs and toys. The only bummer was that we thought there would be indoor access from the lower unit to the upper, but it ended up not being an issue. Wendy was wonderful to work with and extremely quick to respond and help. We would definitely stay here again!

This beach house was absolutely perfect for my little sisters bachelorette party! It looked just like the pictures online, if not better in real life. We were just 10 women looking for fun and relaxation and we got it. The two units allowed for everyone to have enough space for themselves. A short 5min walk to the beach for all day fun in the sun was just what we needed. And it was wonderful to be able to use the umbrellas provided! I recommend this place 100%!
