L'apartament és perfecte i repetiria l'estada. Agraeixo moltíssim que hi hagués de tot per a la via diària (sabó de plats, pastilles per al rentaplants, coberteria, cafetera i cafè, sal, oli, rentadora, pinces d'estendre la roba, etc); molt més que a qualsevol altre apartament. El barri de Canareggio és ideal i la decoració del pis és elegant i adient. Em van venir a rebre a la parada del vaporetto i m'han guardat les maletes fins que he hagut d'anar cap a l'aeroport. Estava tot molt net.

Hi havia un parell de llums i endolls que no funcionaven i el llit podria ser més còmode (matalàs de motlles). L'únic problema real és, però, que el timbre de casa no funcionava i, per tant, l'escombriaire no t'avisava mai (és política de la ciutat fer el sistema "porta a porta") i t'havies de buscar la vida per llençar la brossa.

The apartment is in a good location and furnished in a traditional Venetian style. Close to all amenities, clean, and it has everything you need for a short stay. Highly recommended.

Rudi the host was really helpful, knowledgeable and engaging when we met him at the train station and walked with us to the apartment. The apartment was much bigger than we thought it was and it was more than ideal for the two of us as we could have our own space when we wanted it. The apartment also had all the facilities we required. The location was perfect for us too. About 10 mins walk from Santa Lucia train station (where we also got most of the boats from) and the bus station. It was also about 25mins walk from St Mark's Square, which meant it was much quieter and ideal for us.

Host was absolutely engaging and helpful, especially navigating us to the property. More than I could have asked for everything was so clean and beautifully decorated. Location was the best for anywhere we wanted to go. I will recommend to everyone I know. I will definitely book again.
