The apartment is in a good location and furnished in a traditional Venetian style. Close to all amenities, clean, and it has everything you need for a short stay. Highly recommended.

Rudi the host was really helpful, knowledgeable and engaging when we met him at the train station and walked with us to the apartment. The apartment was much bigger than we thought it was and it was more than ideal for the two of us as we could have our own space when we wanted it. The apartment also had all the facilities we required. The location was perfect for us too. About 10 mins walk from Santa Lucia train station (where we also got most of the boats from) and the bus station. It was also about 25mins walk from St Mark's Square, which meant it was much quieter and ideal for us.

Host was absolutely engaging and helpful, especially navigating us to the property. More than I could have asked for everything was so clean and beautifully decorated. Location was the best for anywhere we wanted to go. I will recommend to everyone I know. I will definitely book again.

Not a thing

Un accueil dès la gare par le propriétaire lui-même, attentif , généreux en indications sur sa ville et le quartier en particulier - très sympathique avec petits commerces, alimentations et à un pont des canaux du Ghetto. La situation dans Cannareggio est idéale, à l'écart de l'agitation dans une rue très calme. L'appartement est parfaitement équipé et décoré avec goût.
