The location was good, very pleasant view and nice people in the neighbourhood. Beds were comfortable, enough space in the rooms and kitchen. The iron and hair dryer were working.
When we arrived at 8pm we couldn’t get into the property, because the link we get didn’t work. Only thanks to the gentleman on the bench, who appeared to be the neighbour, and could call to the owner we could get in. That was stressful. Bathroom (toilet) is really small - not for big people:)

Malý, milý, útulný apartmán v krásném a klidném okolí - s výhledem na moře a přitom pár kroků od rušného centra.
Drobný nedostatek byl, že trošku tekla klimatizace, ale to se dá opravit.

Appartement très spacieux, propre et bien situé, au bord de la lagune dans un quartier calme et agréable. L’emplacement est vraiment idéal pour profiter de Venise tout en étant un peu à l’écart de l’agitation.
Les arrêts de vaporetto sont à moins de 10 minutes à pied, ce qui est très pratique.
La procédure pour récupérer le logement était bien expliquée. Nous avons eu un petit souci avec le code d’accès à notre arrivée, mais l’assistance a été réactive et les voisins ont été adorables en nous aidant.
Malgré ces petits imprévus, nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour.
L’adresse indiquée sur l’annonce Booking ne correspond pas à la véritable adresse du logement, ce qui peut être génant.
La climatisation est assez bruyante, et certaines lattes du sommier étaient cassées. Heureusement, cela n’a pas trop impacté notre séjour.

The apartment was right next to the lagoon and there were banks to sit on and watch the water. The location was great too, not too far away from the bus stops and the train station.
The “air conditioning” was a disaster. The weather during our stay was very hot and we really needed the AC but the devise isn’t properly connected, instead there is a plastic plate under it that gets filled up with water and needs to be changed regularly (a few times a night) which is very annoying. Also we had too little toilet paper.
