1. 員工的訓練有待加強: 入住時員工告知我們停車位置也告知我們後續就停再那個位置, 等再次回來後停車位被另外旅客停走, 該旅客告知我們員工也告知他們停那個車位 2. 廁所的設計: 洗手台跟蓮蓬頭放置同個區域, 整體洗身體需要閃避洗手台
