My family and I enjoyed the clean cozy atmosphere and pet friendly right outside our door. Although you share a complex we like the privacy feel.
We did plan with our personal products however we did wish there was hand soap, shampoo, conditioner and body wash.

All amenities were provided, from cups, utensils to ironing board, was nice. Short walk to beach, surroundings weere quiet and a very short walk to parking location.
It appears there was a missing tv remote for living room, but both remotes were present for bedroom.

Didn’t know we needed to bring extra blankets there was no extra there.

Our unit (102) needs a total remodel job and has terrible furniture, no water pressure in shower and toilet would not stop running or would not flush at all. Would not stay in that apartment ever again (come on owner, you can do better than this if you are going to rent it out) but we did like the Tiki complex overall. Pools are great and location is good with bars and restaurants in walking range.
