Me encantó la ubicación frente al mar, el condominio era pequeño pero acogedor, limpio y cómodo para nosotros.

En recepción no sabían nada ni sabían darnos información sobre nada, para todo nos pedían llamar por teléfono o ir hasta Copa Vacation que sí estaba retirado de los condominios. Otra cosa que me pareció de muy mal gusto es que yo tenía hasta las 11:00 a.m. para hacer el check out, dejamos maletas listas y nos fuimos a desayunar, regresamos como a las 10:15 a.m. y ya nos habían cambiado la clave para poder accesar al condominio por nuestras cosas, en recepción no nos dieron ninguna solución, estuvimos batallando para que la llamada entrara y fue una mala experiencia en general, ojo con eso.

This is not the first time we have stayed in the room. This is our second time. We loved it since the first time due to the fact it is cozy comfortable and convenient

There was nothing wrong with the property then or now there was a slight inconvenience due to waterline, but it was only for a few hours that we had to wait, but besides that everything went perfectly well

The only good things were that it’s close to the beach and has a nice swimming pool.

After a 7-hour drive, the check-in process was very complicated. We had to check in at another hotel first, then again at the condo. The door code didn’t work, so we had to wait outside with our 5-year-old and call the property manager twice. The condo was very dated and not as pictured. The AC was extremely loud and the shower had very low water pressure.
