Location Size of apartment was perfect for what we needed. Parking was great. Cleanliness was good. Kitchen had everything needed. Kids really loved breakfast choices.

Pool “temporarily” closed for 2 of 3 days we were there. Electricity off (due to storm) for 5 hours. Did not have a friendly interaction with any staff. Couch/futon very uncomfortable. Remotes completely worn out. Water saving shower head is not conducive to removing sand, especially from hair. Needs a little updating. Headboard pretty beat up. Breakfast was great, just inconveniently located at another property.

It was clean and nice. The landscaping was so beautiful! The beach was great, at first. The LaCopa staff was so kind and very helpful, especially Lina. The staff at the Tiki Condominiums were nice, too. We did enjoy have 3 places to eat our complimentary breakfast!

1.The location yall showed on the map WAS NOT the location of the condo. It is 2.3 miles north of where I thought I was staying. I would not have booked it had I known! I thought I was staying at LaCopa, which has great reviews. Instead, yall booked me at The Tiki Condominiums, a 3 star location, 2.3 miles away from where I wanted to stay at SPI! It was nice, just too far away from where I had wanted to be. Definitely not in walking distance! 2.I booked a ground floor condo because of my dog. It was supposed to have a gated patio for my dog. There was no gate! The maintenance man was supposed to bring some plywood to block off the opening. He never returned, so I couldn't let my dog out to sun the entire time I was there. 3. 2 days we had issues using the door code to get inside the condo. That was a pain. We had to sit outside waiting on the sweet staff from LaCopa to drive down to The Tiki to fix our door code. 4.The last 3 days we were there, the Direct TV continually went off & on. We couldn't watch any TV at all!(Saturday, Sunday, and Monday. Monday night it finally was fixed. I assume someone finally called Direct TV) 5. From Friday thru Sunday morning, the ppl on the beach left beer cans/bottles, food containers, and trash in general all over the beach in front of the Tiki Condos. It was blown & washed into the water from the wind & tide! I got tired of picking it up & putting it in the trash cans. It was ridiculous! We just left the beach. (The same days/nights the Direct TV didn't work. ) 6. FYI staying at Tiki Condominiums, 2.3 mi away from LaCopa resort, was inconvenient because we never knew which place to call when we had issues. Yall should have made it clear the location I rented WAS NOT at LaCopa!
