Easy to find and room met my expectations from the photos I'd seen when booking. Clean room and bedding/towels. Full English breakfast provided, tailored to what I wanted.
For me the pillows weren't soft enough, however this is a personal preference. You can also hear the church bell chiming every hour, though it didn't bother me at all.

For the price I paid my single room was fabulous, the breakfast was also top notch included in the price.
Walking up to the room I really didn’t know what I was going to get.

Really helpful staff, cooked breakfast prepared fresh.
Can put boots / damp clothes in the boiler room to dry.

The breakfast was excellent, and the pub was good too.
The room stated a luxury suite it was clean, basic and very small. TV did not work, no fans or AC on a brutally hot evening. The room was right over a busy road with a lot of truck traffic. It seemed a little pricey for what we got.
