Our stay was pleasent. We plan to come again.

The location of the property is excellent, in a quiet neighborhood above the Tiha luka beach. We rented a spacious, well-equipped two-bedroom apartment with a large terrace and a beautiful view of the Neum Bay.

In general, I have no complaints. Maybe a suggestion to fix a TV set that is working, but shows a black&white picture.

Awful bed!

The terrace was the best thing about the whole facility. It is right above the sea, drinking your morning coffee there is a bliss. It is quiet, secluded and not that crowded in mid june. The kitchenette is fairly equiped. It is also a quite safe area.

The worst thing is the bed. The bed should be outlawed and criminalized, it is so bad that you will be more comfortable sleeping on the gravel beach on a towel. The only worse thing than the broke down bed are the pillows. I don't think those even qualify as pillows, they are more spongy devices made to suffocate you than to rest your head on. If you do choose to sleep in that bed - bring your own pillows from home, or use a rock - you'll be happier. Also the bedding wasn't fresh, it smelled of dust. At night you can't really sit on the terrace because the sewer starts to stink up the whole place. At moments it becomes bearable, but the last night we were there, there were more guests and we couldn't sit and enjoy the view because of the bad smell. The room is smaller than depicted on the photos, and it wasn't really dirty but it wasn't really clean either. There were a lot of bugs crawling in the floor and a spiderweb in the toilet were the spider caught some of the bugs. I will not book this property again despite the closeness of the sea. I don't think it was worth the price.

Jedino sto je bilo dobro je cistoca u apartmanu.

Prije svega lokacija apartmana udaljena od svega (osim plaze koja je odmah ispod apartmana gdje je prosjek godina 80 osoba koje borave na toj plazi) Apartman , terase sve je okruzeno drvecem , travom i svime sto privlaci komarce i ostale bube . Apartman je bukvalno 3 sa 3 i jedna osoba kona dodje sama mogla bi tu boraviti bez problema . Od svega navedenog najvise nam je smetalo to sto nemamo niti trunku privatnosti Znaci sjedite na terasi koja je puna buba , pored vas odmah sto i stolice od drugog apartmana , pored stepenice gdje domacini prolaze svako 5 minuta , zapitkuju zasto ovo zasto ono , gdje cete sad , sto ste ukljucili masinu , sto ste tu rasirili ves znaci uzas.

Good apartment for beach holiday

Apartment is in a peaceful setting and I think the prettiest part of Neum but an easy 15 min walk around the walkway to the busier part. Lovely beach beside apartment. Apartment we had was basic but clean, with comfortable beds and good shower. Lovely terrace with table and chairs overlooking the sea. Airer for drying clothes provided on terrace.

You couldn't get hot water at the kitchen sink so was a bit inconvenient but not major. Didn't trouble us but Neum is hilly so lots of stairs everywhere including accessing the apartment from street level so unsuitable if you had mobility problems. This would be the same issue for majority of apartments in Neum.

Exceptional

As it was our first short-term vacation with our 3-months old baby, we were eager to find the optimal accomodation: clean, close to the beach, in a quiet, cosy and friendly environment, with a plenty of shade and beautiful view. Sara&Leon was our first pick. As for someone who spent a few holidays in Neum before, I sincerely hope I will never have to search for another accomodation in Neum again, I truly recommend Sara&Leon. Especially for young parents!

Seaside studio at the end of town

location is ok, 2 restaurants and a mini market nearby; parking space available; 15 steps from the sea; quiet at night; good airconditioning;

upon arrival I had to call 3 numbers to the agency and the couple who manages the property to finally get the exact location (address is Mimosa 118) ; location takes 20 to 40 minutes walking from more restaurants and the evening action; the lower row are 4 studio’s, not apartments, no separate bedroom; you have minimal privacy because you share your terras with at least one neighbor; taking the luggage up and down to the road is heavy; beds are rather soft; staying in Neum is expensive compared to every other place in Bosnia, very busy in summer and weekends are overcrowded but Bosnia only has one seaside town…

Exceptional

Accommodation was very good; equipped with everything you need, with a nice terrace in front and beautiful sea view. It takes only a few steps to get down to the beach. Most of all, I have to say a big thank you to Suzana and Mladen who made sure that we feel at home; very helpful and very friendly couple. I would recommend this apartment to everyone. I know for sure that we will be going back 🙂.

beautiful apartment on the coast

The apartment is located on the coast, with good hosts who are very kind and have always been there for us. In front there is a shower for showering after swimming. Apartment is close to the main beach with restaurants and yet far enough away to feel the peace and quiet. I recommend this apartment to everyone.

Przestronny i dobrze wypisażony lokal z pięknym widokiem z tarasu.

Duże pokoje, duży taras z pięknym widokiem, wyposażona kuchnia, blisko do plaży/ morza, bardzo mili i uprzejmi gospodarze, prywatny parking. Super miejsce dla rodzin.

Trudny dojazd, gdyż droga, mimo że dwukierunkowa, to zastawiona samochodami. Trzeba jechać na czuja licząc, że nic z naprzeciwka nie wyjedzie.

Neum het Monaco van Bosnië Herzegovina 😁

Ruim appartement met alle gemakken, zelfs een wasmachine. Twee trappen naar beneden en je zit op het smalle strand in de baai. Heerlijk warm en helder zeewater, fantastisch. Boulevard heeft leuke restaurantjes, de Trabakul had onze voorkeur, elke keer lekker gegeten.

Niets viel tegen, hooguit dat het erg warm was, 37 graden is net even te veel, gelukkig aan zee, dus om het half uur een verkoelende duik.

Kiváló szállás, csak ajánlani tudom.

Kedves, segítőkész házigazdák, 11:30-kor érkeztünk, de már vártak minket.Tiszta jól felszerelt studió apartman, tágas tengerre néző gondozott árnyékos terasz, kerti zuhany.Kényelmes nagy ágy, kiváló klíma, jól felszerelt konyha, kiváló wi-fi. Saját parkoló, de az úttest túloldalán parkoló autók miatt nehézkes be-ki parkolás.Sok sok lépcső, aki nehezen mozog annak nem ajánlott. Mi a saját teraszról jártunk le fürödni (18 lépcsőfok a strand,) saját napágyunk, napernyőnk volt, így a zsúfoltság kizárva.

A szállással semmi probléma nem volt, minden o.k csak ajánlani tudom. Neum: A tengerparti rész egy kétsávos szűk utca, de az egyik vagy mindkét oldalon parkoló autók miatt nehéz közlekedni, a rendszeresen szembejövő autók miatt kénytelen az autós tolatni, állandóan félrehúzódni centiméterekre elhaladni a szembejövők mellett. Igazi káosz a közlekedés, igaz nem érdemes ebből a káoszból kihajtani mert majd vissza is kell jönni. Megkönnyebbülés volt kiérni a tengerpartról már hazafelé menet, végre széles normális utak. Kirándulás megoldott volt hiszen a tengerparti nyaralás után Mostárba ill. Szarajevóba mentünk 2-2 éjszakára. Ja, a közelben lévő "supermarketek" dupla áron dolgoznak a normál, itt nem létező (partközelben legalábbis nem )rendes boltokhoz képest.Lehet mindenhol fizetni márkában vagy euróban. Mostarban normál boltban minden a felébe kerül. Kis huncutság.....az apartman nem akkora, mint amilyennek a leírásban megadják, jóval kisebb, de így is elég 2-3 főnek. Talán a kinti terasszal együtt számolják.:)
