Horrible owner's attitude!

I didn't get accomodation I reserved, and it wasn't the end of a nightmare. The owner first tried to convince me that I reserved that apartment she put me in, and when I told her my reserved apartment is one with blue sofa bed, she coldly told me "I rented that, so you can only go to this small one". She didn't apologize or did anything to help us, she just said "Take it or leave it". And the accomodation she gave us was very filthy, full of spider webs, there was no knob on WC door, in one word it was horrible. I wouldn't reccomend it to my worst enemy. I believe some of the rooms she rents are good, but the owners attitude was very rude and disrespectful. I never gave bad review on booking, even when the accomodation wasn't good because of owner's willingnes to help me, but this time I have to do it, so I'm giving this accomodation 1/100.

A picturesque place with the sea view

Cozy apartments with a beautiful sea view. The apartments have a spacious terrace with fresh flowers, which adds a special charm to the atmosphere. There is a small kitchen with a refrigerator, stove, kettle, coffee maker, and all the necessary utensils, which allows you to live here comfortably. Everything is clean and tidy, and it is a good soundproofing. Pet-friendly place. We are very pleased that we stayed here for a vacation, and we hope that we will come here again more than once. Highly recommend.

The apartment could do with a more modern air conditioner and a little more lighting in the rooms, especially near the closet, which is located in the dark part of the hallway.

Nice stay in a pet friendly apartment

It's a pet friendly apartment which was important for me. The host is more than kind! The apartment has a nice terrace and it is close to supermarket, restaurant and a very short walk to the beach.

Nice little beach apartment for couple or small family.

Location is great. Easy walk down to the beaches, right next door to one of the top rated restaurants. Parking was adequate and close. The outdoor space was very nice and relaxing. We felt safe and comfortable.

It was smaller than we had expected. Not as well lit as the photos would suggest. The walkway outside of the apartment got very slippery when wet.

Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen! Das Apartment war modern und sauber. Die Nähe zum Strand war super! Wir sind jeden Morgen zu Fuß hin und hatten alles in der Nähe (Restaurant, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten). Wir sind zu 4 angereist, für die 3 Nächte war es gut. Aber auf Dauer wäre es uns persönlich für 4 Personen zu klein. Aber soll keine Kritik sein. Wir sind auch mit 2 Autos angereist und hatten das zuvor nicht erwähnt, die Gastgeberin hatte sich aber sofort drum gekümmert das wir beide Autos gut parken konnten! Sie war sehr zuvorkommend. Sollten wir wieder in Neum sein, würden wir wieder hier buche!

Был очень красивый вид, душ(горячая и холодная вода), Чайник, плита, холодильник, было тепло в апартаментах, все чисто, было очень комфортно и уютно!
