The property is brand new; this is only their second season. It was exceptionally clean with modern furniture and nicely decorated apartments. Ivanka, the owner, has the best figs I ever tried in my life and she shares them with her guests every day. She is very friendly and will make your stay memorable.
The villa is in the second row from the sea so be prepared for two sets of stairs to get to the beach but for Neum it is still very close to the beach and you will get used to it.

Bližina plaže. Apartma sicer drag, ker je preko bukinga, bolje vprašati neposredno 38763262263. Ostalo - za ven jest, pol ceneje kot na hrvaškem. Kebapi, burgerji za 4-5€, pice 6-8€, kepica sladoleda 1,3€. Večinoma bosanski gostje. Manjše trgovine s pekarno in restorani v bližini 100 -200m.
Plaža ni najčistejša, nekje je tudi kanalizacija ven spuščena, tudi privezi čolnov v bližini , se včasih voha gorivo. Iz apartmaja si po 120 stopnicah na plaži.

Sve je bilo odlično. Uz ljubaznost domaćice, savete šta obići i videti, bio nam je jako prijatan boravak. Neum je odlična lokacija za obilazak okolnih plaža. Naš apartman još nije renoviran, mada je sa svim sadržajem sasvim zadovoljavajući, prelep poged sa terase, Videli smo i ostale apartmane koji su baš za preporuku za komforan boravak.

Nära till stranden, supermarkets och restauranger. Lugnt och tyst. Supersnäll och hjälpsam hyresvärd. Inga problem att förlänga vistelsen. Stor altan.
