I love that this property was right at the beach!

The unit is older and although there was some updates, it still needs a little work. There were dips in the floor and the beds were super uncomfortable. We woke up with back aches every day.

Location convenient to beach and restaurants we like

Little sparce in kitchen. Only one small frying pan, no pot holder or cutting board. Carpet on porch very dirty

Nicely decorated. Clean. Contactless entry. Maintained grounds. The partial ocean and pool view from the balcony was very nice.

Had a faint unpleasant smell. chipped drinking glasses. Only one small sauce pan to cook breakfast with. The beds were uncomfortable. One bathroom’s tub would not drain properly. The other bathroom’s overhead fan did not work. The dryer was full of sand, The air conditioner wouldn’t get cooler than 76:78 degrees.

Wifi was great. Great proximity to the beach. Nice tennis courts and swimming pools. Landscaping was really nice. Washer and dryer was good. Room was clean. Ice machine in freezer worked good.

Beds were so firm that we didn’t sleep well. Had to purchase a foam mattress pad (helped only a little). Room with twin beds had no room to the closet. Only one roll of one ply toilet paper in the bathroom so we had to purchase more ourselves. Mixing bowl was broke. Pretty sure sand fleas are in the couch as felt something biting us as we sat on it. Shower squealed annoyingly. USB ports on back of nightstand on the right side of the bed didn’t work so we had to buy a extension cord. Lightbulb was burned out in the lamp on the nightstand on the left side. No skillet or tongs or cutting board. Pillows were super thin.
