About this apartment rental
This renovated Villa features two bedrooms and two bathrooms, new furnishings, stocked kitchen and luxury linens. We are on the third floor (no elevator) and overlook the tennis courts. It is only a leisurely, 10 min walk through the shaded lagoon area, past the two outdoor pools to the natural sandy beach! Our unit is ideal for two couples or a growing family. We have sleeping for 8 available. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay.

This 21 acre, 268 villa, gated complex has 24 hour security and offers stunning grounds with every amenity you can think of. Two outdoor pools, one indoor pool, tennis courts, pickleball, outdoor grills, playground, picnic tables, walking paths, shuffleboard, beach access, and a Pier!
Located mid-island away from the crowds, this getaway is nestled between two historic parks -- Fish Haul Park and Mitchelville Park. Find public beaches, 20 golf courses, excellent dining, movie theaters, and shopping nearby. Coligny Beach is just a 20-minute drive and features free parking, shops, and restaurants.
Connecting directly to Hilton Head’s bike trails, enjoy direct access to bike paths that cover virtually the entire island!
When you first arrive at the security gate you will be required to pay a one-time $20 parking fee. Fee must be paid IN CASH. You will receive a map of the complex by email.
Located on Third floor - NO ELEVATOR
No smoking or Vaping in Unit or on Balcony
**Excessive stains or damage to linens (comforters, sheets or towels) discovered after checkout will result in a fee being charged back to the guest. Black make-up towels are provided for your use.
Villa Towels are not to be used at the beach or the pool.
No Fireworks allowed on Property
No profanity in public areas
No work trucks/vans allowed on Property
No skates, skateboard, scooters, mini bikes or trailers allowed on Property

There are definitely nicer places to stay on HHI but this was fine for a few days. Beach is nice once you walk past 3 other buildings through the parking lot by the cat sanctuary which is a little odd. Location is nice and out of the way but be prepared to drive 10-15 minutes to get anywhere.

We had a great time and the place was great! Beth answered a questions immediately. The place was very clean and the pool and beach access was nice. Also close to other great beaches like folly field beach and great restaurants.
