About this apartment rental
This beautiful poolside unit in a quiet gated community, completely renovated in June 2019, is located just steps from the beautiful beach of Port Royal Sound. This first floor condo has a fully equipped kitchen with quartz counter tops, vinyl plank floors, all new appliances and is just a very short walk to the beach. The bathroom has quartz countertop and a tub & shower combo. You'll find two flat screen TVs (one with streaming options), washer/dryer, dishwasher and free WiFi in condo and on resort grounds. We provide all the soaps, towels, linens & paper products for you. You'll even find beach towels, beach toys and beach chairs for your use.
PARKING PASSES FOR RESERVATIONS RECEIVED AFTER AUGUST 31st will no longer have this fee added as part of what you pay through VRBO. Instead, you will pay the parking pass fee at the gate upon arrival ($20 CASH ONLY for first vehicle, $5 for second vehicle). NO CREDIT or debit cards accepted.
Bedroom: King bed in master, two XL twin bed in separate hall sleeping area and comfortable queen size futon sofa.
PARKING
Resort Amenities: Free wi-fi in public areas, 2 outdoor pools with bathrooms (pool area open from April through mid-October), newly renovated indoor heated pool with a hot tub (open year round), shuffleboard, basketball court and 3 tennis courts. We have a semi-private beach, which we share with a few houses down the street, and our own private pier. The beach is a secluded, natural beach with no crowds or hotels--a great beach for children as the water is very shallow for a long way out. You won't have to worry about your kids getting lost in the crowd. Also great for shelling, walking and sunbathing.
It's quiet on our semi-private beach, yet you're only a short bike or car ride from the busy beaches and other amenities on our island! Hilton Head offers all the other amenities that you want in a vacation--movie theaters, bike trails, comedy club, museums, live theater, and music concerts! And if you don't want to cook, there are many great restaurants to satisfy all food types and budgets. If you're into shopping, there are two nearby outlet malls, several great consignment and antique stores, the mid-island Town Center shopping center and numerous smaller malls as well. You can find all your familiar chain stores and restaurants as well as a wide variety of unique, family owned restaurants and stores. So there is plenty to do for everyone in your family!

The Vrbo is attractive. I felt like the picture was a little misleading. It made me think that the condo was right there on the beach. This beach was not like the other beaches on Hilton Head. It was difficult to walk on - sunk in the mud a couple of times.

We loved walking on beach, seeing the cats, driving over to coligny beach. Condo was clean, kitchen area is tiny but still had everything we needed. Indoor pool and hot tub was nice in the evening!

Great location with access to Port Royal Sound. Easy check-in with great communication. Hilton Head Island Coffee Roasters just down the road - so yummy. Door code to access unit which is awesome - hate having to worry about carrying around a key. Just one thing of note: you are not allowed to have ebikes on the property (which was something that we were not aware of - nor was the owner) - we were told by the security guard that it had to do something with charging them. We told the guard that we would not charge them on property. More of an annoyance but something we were able to manage. Also...just FYI - if you plan on going to visit Sea Pines, ebikes are not allowed on property either - you are NOT ALLOWED to have them on your bike rack either - they will not let you in. Would definitely visit again.
