Clearwater Lagoon Villa is a modern, fully furnished and self contained two bedroom holiday home, with a spacious open plan living area and large deck. Its beachside location is just steps away from a white sandy beach.
Located in the village of Arorangi, on the sheltered western side Rarotonga, there are stunning sunset and beach views from the deck.
The quiet, sheltered location is perfect for children, and the lagoon located just steps away offers safe swimming. Choose a queen bed in bedroom one, a king/two single beds in bedroom two.
A well equipped, full kitchen means the house is fully self catering. A BBQ on the deck allows for plenty of outdoor dining.
Restaurants and resorts are within strolling distance. Golf course nearby.
The airport is just 5km away, and town only 8km.

Base rate is for up to 2 persons, each additional person is $35 per night.

We had an amazing time. Snorkelled just outside the property in the beautiful waters. Owner very friendly and helpful. Great place to stay!

Lovely property. Nice location on the island and excellent proximity to beach, restaurants, cafes, bike/car hire and convenience store.

Loved our stay in the Cook Islands and definitely want to return , however was a little disappointed in the house.
Floor was not cleaned , was very dusty. The main lounge is stained and needs to be replaced as it is very uncomfortable, as does 2 of the ceiling fans ( and you really need them due to the heat).
Photo’s of the beach are not the like that when you get there , the coral and rocks are all the way to the waters edge .
We did enjoy our stay , however the photo’s are not a true representation of the property.
