Our home sits on 200 feet of crystal clear Willsboro Bay waterfront on nearly 2 acres of land creating a private Adirondack experience for families and friends. Waterfront amenities include a dock and a mooring. A new large deck with built in benches sits cantilevered over the shore, perfect for cocktail sunsets. A large flat yard boasts terrain perfect for croquet, badminton or other outdoor activities. An outbuilding provides storage for shared water toys while offering plenty of space for your own outdoor equipment. Two kayaks and a canoe are available for use by renters.

Inside is an open floor plan with a large well-equipped kitchen (with dishwasher), dining room and living room with a 2 story fireplace. Willsboro Bay is home to 2 marinas, both with dining amenities, and a public boat launch. Willsboro point is perfect for biking and fishing. The area surrounding Willsboro has lots of hiking and rock climbing and includes such attractions and Lake Placid, Whiteface Mountain, and Ausable Chasm to name a few. Ferry service, including car transportation, to VT is easy and inexpensive.
