Via Inn Prime Shinsaibashi Yotsubashi

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The room was great, we had to manage well with our four suitcases but managed to make it work. I loved the amenities in the voyer. Breakfast was divine. This was really a great hotel for our last city in Japan. Close to many transportation options.

Lack of a bedside table.

Near metro station. Walking distance to shopping areas. Very clean and staffs are very friendly and polite. Breakfast spread was very good.

Good location in walking distance from a lot of interesting spots, Breakfast was very good. I loved their pillows! They were so comfortable and I slept so well on them.

Nothing I didn't like.

The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, despite some having limited English. This is a good-quality business hotel with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The rooms are very small, as is typical in Japan, but they are well designed, comfortable, and functional. The hotel also offers a very convenient luggage storage service, which made it easy for us to explore the city before check-in and after check-out. The location is excellent, with easy access to the metro, plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, and Dotonbori within comfortable walking distance. One thing to be aware of is the breakfast. It is a traditional Japanese breakfast with virtually no Western options available—not even bread. While this wasn't a problem for us, it's worth knowing in advance if you were expecting a more international selection.

Check-in was a little slow
