Very good location, close to dotonbori but far enough that it is more elite. Next building is 24H Aeon market and the next one is entrance of metro underground. Size of the room is alright for 2 people.
Staff’s level of english might have been better.

Great location. But felt like staying in 2* or lower hotel. The bed /mattress was on a poor condition. Smoking smells were in the lobby and our smoking free room. We also did not feel hospitality like staying other hotels in Japan, especially at breakfast time.
Will not recommend.
