Sail Away is located on Sapphire Beach with an ocean view. We are located in Building E on the East End which is the preferred side of St. Thomas nestled on Red Bay. Tropical easterly winds cool your seascape retreat as the majestic view of St. John’s island is just beyond the horizon. If you are traveling with a larger group and need more room, I can get in touch with the owners next door and see if they have availability.

Things to Do in St. Thomas

There is a lot to do on the island. Sapphire Beach is rated one of the top beaches in the Caribbean and is excellent for snorkeling. Brilliant coral, tropical fish, soft sand and plenty of shade are at your footsteps.

-Scuba diving. Shore diving at Coke Beach is excellent.
-Ferry to St. John at Red Hook(2 minute drive). Passenger and cars.
-Water Island Excursion from Crowne Bay in Charlotte Amalie. Complimentary shuttle service is available when you arrive on Water Island.

Shopping Close By

The little seaside hub of Red Hook is a 2 minute drive where you will have access to many amenities. Grocery store, pharmacy, full service marina, gas station and many restaurants just to name a few.

The TuTu shopping district is about 6 miles away and has a Kmart, Walgreens, fast food chains and a movie theater.
