Welcome to Sapphire Breeze! The condo is ready to receive guests to enjoy our wonderful piece of paradise. This is by far one of the best condos at Sapphire Beach. Villa E-301. This is a 2-level villa, and it is in the "E" building, where the off-shore breezes blow across Pillsbury Sound over 2 wrap-around decks and into the villa. As you can see from the pictures, it has been fully upgraded with granite counters, breakfast bar, stainless steel appliances, glass shower, 2 large flat-panel TVs, teak and rustic furniture. Sapphire Beach is one of the most beautiful beachfront locations under the U.S. flag. You'll find plenty of descriptions on the numerous web sites featuring this unique property. Here are some key data points:
- This is the only property that is located right on Sapphire Beach beach/ocean front. It is Sapphire Beach Resort and Marina (SBRM). SBRM it is not a 5 star 'resort hotel' with room service like the Ritz Carlton, it is more like a residential condominium property.
- This condo is located on the top 2 floors of the E building # 301. This 2-story 'villa' has almost 1400 sq. ft. In the villa, the bedroom is upstairs with a full bath, living room, kitchen, and other bath are down stairs.
- The villa is a corner unit and has a wrap-around deck, on each floor, with an extra set of sliding glass doors on the side
- The unit is a spacious, significantly upgraded, corner villa where you can leave the wide sliding glass doors open and listen to the ocean all day/night long.

The property has the Sapphire Beach bar, the Painkillers are their speciality, Paradise Pizza, a coffee shop called the Buzz and an awesome 5 star restaurant called the Sea Salt. From booking to checking out was a great experience. The property is stunning. My husband and I came here for our honeymoon. When we first got there we were thinking it was going to be a little more resort like. But we are so thankful it was what it was. I highly recommend booking this property. I know we will be returning!

The weather was perfect all week, with highs in the mid 80s, partly cloudy, and low humidity. We had zero issues cooling the condo. Keeping the lights off and shades drawn made a cave-like hibernation experience to the afternoon naps! This condo is so comfortable and quiet, so relaxation is easy. The new upgraded composite patio set is very nice. We ate meals on the balcony and enjoyed the awesome, amazing, incredible view of the sea and distant islands. Seagulls and pelicans swooping and gliding on ocean breezes, the sound of waves greeting the shoreline - it’s hard to describe the ambiance. Crews worked all day to clean up the sargassum seaweed from the rocks and sand on the beach. We visited other resorts to dine, and saw this is a universal issue for others as well. The stench of the collected seaweed in the roll-off bins in back of the property was unpleasant, but fortunately, that is only noticeable if you walk nearby, say, to go to the marina, or over to Sudi’s for a meal (recommended). We thoroughly enjoyed the lovely pool area, yet I hope someone will reopen the pool bar. The beach restaurant has great hamburgers! The beach is lovely. Overall, this place is FANTASTIC. It was our 1st trip, and we would definitely book the same exact unit again! This condo is a winner, and hit every checkmark on my super picky checklist, and my husband’s! Even a back up generator for power outages, which we didn’t experience. BOOK IT!

Perfect location to relax by the beach. Condo had plenty of space and was well stocked with kitchen items so we could cook meals at home. Bed was comfy. Favorite part was sitting on one of the balconies overlooking the beach and beyond St. John. Would highly recommend this condo.

Excellent resort, beautiful condo, great views, and Saphire now has generators which really helps if there is a power disruption.
