location was nice; property manager was responsive and accommodating; beautiful views; condo was spacious; pool was very nice
air conditioning did not control temp well; bedroom ceiling fan did not work; shower water was not hot; there was frequently an odor that reminded us of people having hair perms; eating facilities available on property were not good-need to take taxi to Red Hook for nice meals; condo is not decorated well (e.g. no pictures on walls, no coffee table; bar stools uncomfortable); although some staff were very nice, several were rather cold
