This 1,100-square-foot condo at Crystal Cove sleeps up to 4 guests and includes a private king bedroom, an enclosed sunroom sleeping area, 2 full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and comfortable space to relax after a day on the island. Sapphire Beach is about a 2-minute walk through the tropical resort grounds.
The Space:
The primary bedroom includes a king bed and private bathroom with a walk-in glass shower. The enclosed sunroom features a twin daybed that converts into a king, along with a privacy curtain that creates a flexible second sleeping area.
The open kitchen is equipped for full meals, with a refrigerator, oven and stovetop, dishwasher, microwave, Keurig, drip coffee maker, blender, toaster, ice maker, and island seating for 4.
The living area includes comfortable seating, a smart TV with cable, air conditioning, and high-speed WiFi. Having 2 full bathrooms makes the condo especially convenient for couples, small families, and groups of up to 4.

We recently stayed at the Crystal Cove unit during our vacation and had a mix of positives and negatives. We arrived on Wednesday around 4:30PM after flying in earlier that day, renting a Jeep, and stopping for groceries. Check-in was scheduled for 4:00 PM, and the host provided both the gate and door codes ahead of time, making access to the property smooth and convenient.Unfortunately, upon arrival, the unit had not been cleaned from the previous guests. The garbages was full, the kitchen and bathrooms were dirty, bedding from the prior stay was still on the beds, and there were used towels—including beach towels—throughout the unit. The floors were also dirty, and the refrigerator and countertops contained leftover food and garbage. Since we had purchased cold groceries, we needed to clean out the refrigerator ourselves before settling in, which was a frustrating way to begin our vacation.After contacting the host, we were informed that a member of the cleaning staff was on the way. She arrived shortly and did what she could given the late hour, returning the next morning with clean towels . After this initial setback, the unit was properly cleaned and the remainder of our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The host was also quick to respond to any questions we had throughout the rest of our trip.Overall, while the location and responsiveness of the host were definite positives, the lack of cleanliness at check-in significantly impacted the start of our stay.

This property was in a great location!!! Walkable to beach (beach chairs included) and beachfront restaurants. Short taxi ride to Red Hook. Taxis were always readily available nearby. We were the first guests to stay on this property under new ownership which I feel is the reason the check-in and check-out process was a little disorganized. We did not receive detailed instructions on how to check-in and no instructions for check-out. That said, the host was super responsive and answered all messages promptly from pre-booking and throughout our stay. It is important to note that loss of power is apparently very common on the Island and this unit does not have a generator. We ended up not having power longer than we actually had power through the duration of our 4 day stay. The unit was equipped with solar powered lanterns that were sufficient to light the rooms.
