Great place in the great location adjacent to the 25 ski park and restaurants. The apartment has everything you might need with a kitchen and a washing machine. It was a pleasure staying here 2nd year in a row. Definitely will come back next year.

Rooms were very clean and had all necessary equipment. Location was also great. The heating was good and it was very warm all the time. What's more important the price is great! Hosts were very friendly and helpful. Families with kids will love it.

I liked very much the location of this particular property-right in the middle of events. The building- hotel "Three penguins" is newly renovated, very clean, bright and warm. It has wide lighted halls, pleasant restaurant and cosy bar. Apartment where I stayed has really luxury interior that impressed me very much and, in fact, I feel that I paid much less than it costs. I enjoyed my stay there. Thank you, booking. com team for such outstanding proposal and thank Mr. Paata for providing such unexpected comfort, and his kind attention.
