This hidden gem is located in the heart of downtown Tucson on historic 4th Avenue & 12th Street. It is the ideal place to relax in pure luxury. There are many unique pieces of artwork and the furniture is from the early 20th century. You will be treated as if you were royalty in this 120-year-old lovingly restored Queen Anne style home built in 1897. There are many stories to be made in this house so you have a few tales to share with your family after your amazing trip to sunny Tucson, Arizona. This true work of art has 2 bedrooms in the main house with private bathrooms for each room.

-The House has original doors & transcended window above all doors with original hardware.
-One bedroom & One Bathroom
-Living Room and bedroom have 43” Smart TVs with free digital television
-The Room has queen bed with Euro-top mattresses, plush comforters.
-Wi-Fi and USB ports to charge your devices next to the bed.
-Fully stocked Kitchen with cooking items.
-Kitchen appliances such as coffee maker, toaster, microwave, stove, fridge/Freezer.
-There is a luxurious Dining room lit by a 6 foot chandelier.
-The adjacent dining room comfortably seats 6 with a 1940'S dining room set and with hand carved chairs.
-The kitchen has a comfortable cooking environment.
-There is a Ice Machine & Filtered Water on-site.
-The exterior courtyard is filled with dozens of plants that attract amazing birds and butterflies.

Perfectly located to take advantage of all downtown has to offer. Short walk to children’s museum, bars, restaurants and more.

The property is gorgeous and the location is great. The one disappointment is that the ad claimed it slept 6; there was no room for #5 and 6! Fortunately this wasn't a big problem for us, but for some visitors it could be a disaster. The listing needs to be corrected ASAP.

We have a great family weekend, the house is wonderful, just in dontown Tucson, the backyard awesome, thanks yor everything, we´ll hope back. Just like home.
