Walk to 4th Ave and the U of A, and be part of the local life of Tucson. This friendly neighborhood is filled with charm! We provide you some starter amenities to help your stay as well as complimentary bathroom amenities including shampoo, conditioner and body wash.
Important: There are 2 other properties on the same property, but with private entrances. Street Parking Only.
Two Story Home with all bedrooms upstairs with ensuite bathrooms and 1 full bathroom on the first floor.
