Convenient location, beautiful property and nice fenced in yard for our dog. We thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub as well. While the home was generally clean, the patio/outdoor furniture can use some updating. Deck and balcony also need some sweeping. Overall it is a wonderful home, just needs some extra TLC.

Nice location in the woods a couple blocks walk to Lake MI. Many close by state parks and Oval beach about a 15 min drive which is beautiful! Enjoyed the sauna and new deck. Very little back yard with nice fire pit. House needs work. Needs a deep clean, walls and floors, bathroom tile, screen door and other. We had to clean the front porch, screen porch, deck and grill before we could use. Trash over flowing in garbage out by the street, poop from previous renters, etc. The house is great for space but not cozy. Many other dissatisfactions. Would not rent again. Way over priced.
