This loft comfortably sleeps up to eight guests across three beautifully appointed bedrooms, each featuring a plush king bed with high-quality linens:

The primary suite is a private haven on the main floor with an ensuite bathroom featuring a walk-in shower and direct access to the patio.

The second main-floor bedroom also opens to the private patio and shares a Jack and Jill bathroom that connects to the living space.

Upstairs, an expansive open loft bedroom overlooks the main floor and offers a third king bed along with a queen sofa bed—ideal for families or groups.

Step outside to your private balcony patio, a cozy, elevated space perfect for morning coffee or evening wine as you soak in the ambiance of downtown Douglas. Tucked just above one of the town’s most beloved restaurants, you’re mere steps from galleries, boutiques, wine bars, and cafés.

You will enjoy full and private access to the entire home and patio during your stay. The parking area and entryway are shared with another unit in the building.

You'll access the home from the alley behind the building, where you'll find one designated parking space. Additional vehicles may park on the street or in a free public lot just a half block away. All parking in the area is free.

The house has a keypad on the front door, and we'll send you the code just before your stay. Should you have questions or encounter any issues, we will be available to respond quickly.

You're welcome to bring up to two well-behaved, house-trained dogs along, but please let us know when booking if your pet(s) will be joining you. So that we can continue welcoming dogs to the house, we ask that you please wipe their paws before entering, keep them off furniture and pick up after them.

The loft is on the 2nd and 3rd floors of the building, so there are many steps required to reach it.
