Writer's Cove -Chapter One is nestled in a wooded setting just three blocks from Douglas Beach. This 2 BR, 1 Bath duplex includes a seasonal room for extra space. Sleeping accommodations for 4-6 with fold out queen sofa sleeper. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to make a great meal. A large deck includes a gas grill, tables, and a fire pit with plenty of seating. Only a 5 minute walk to Douglas Beach, makes this a perfect location for a getaway with family or friends.
Chapter One has hardwood floors throughout, an open living and kitchen area.
This two BR unit has one room with a Queen bed and the other with 2 Twins or use the Split King converter. The living room has a pull out queen sofa and seating for 6 with a flat screen 40" HDTV, Cable TV, DVD player, access to Netflix and full WiFi throughout the house. Equipped with games and a library of reading materials to provide you with the perfect relaxing get away. There is a full size washer and dryer in the unit as well. Pets are also welcome with a required pet fee.

This was the perfect place to stay for a change of pace and scenery at the end of a busy summer. I'm not sure I've ever stayed in a vacation rental that is so well-stocked in the kitchen with cookware, spices and food storage materials. This made things so incredibly easy. Space is limited, but it's so well organized that it doesn't feel that way.
The three-season room was a lovely place for meals, and the deck was a lovely place to sit and enjoy visits from the neighbor deer.
Highly recommend.
