Your third floor condo features a loft bedroom with a sea view, a king-sized bed and an en-suite master bathroom complete with glass block shower, make-up/vanity area and a washer/dryer for your use.
A split A/C will keep you cool at night, or open the windows and bask in the offshore, tropical breezes.
Show off your culinary skills in the fully equipped kitchen.
Completely stocked with all your cooking, baking and dining needs, this nicely upgraded kitchen features all major appliances and Corian counters.
There is even a blender to try out some frozen drink concoctions.
This extra large end unit features a breakfast counter with (3) bar stools and an expanded dining area with seating for (2) persons.
Or choose to dine "al fresco" on the gallery where you will find additional seating and enjoy your meal overlooking the Caribbean Sea !

SARGASSO Update:
The Caribbean Sea has been experiencing higher volumes of Sargasso sea grass in recent years. This sea grass can wash up and pile on the beach and create an unpleasant smell as it decays. It is most prevalent on the North and East side of the island. In large amounts it prevents enjoyable use of our beach.
The west end of the island has beautiful beaches that are almost always sea grass free.
The Sargasso grass is most prevalent during the hotter months of late July - September.
This condition is unpredictable on a week to week basis and something that is totally out of our control. As a result, unfortunately our current policy must be that we cannot issue refunds as a result of Sargasso.

Overall a great place to stay. Beach chairs snorkle gear and beach towels were a plus. The nearby water and power plant was a bit noisy when outside on the porch, but got used to hearing that afrer a couple days. other than that the location is good, centralized for quick trips to see things on both ends of the island.

We love the heat and it was great for the beaches, but also like to relax at night in cooled off accommodations and the AC in the condo can’t quite keep up with the summer temps. We were thankful for the extra fans throughout the place, but if you’re looking to sleep in a cooler environment this won’t be it (at least in July and August).
The condo property is adjacent to a sketchy neighborhood, so if you’re thinking of walking anywhere, think again.
The condo and the grounds were fine. We choose the location thinking we’d use the beach and pool, but never did because we found better beaches and other parts of the island nicer to spend our time. The sandy beach is a little rocky compared to other amazing beaches and during our stay was covered in sea grass (which I was completely aware of).
All that being said, the geographic location of the condo (north center of the island) was great and made for an easy drive to some amazing beaches and to explore the island. Loved that the condo had an igloo cooler, beach chairs, and towels. It made our outings so much easier.
**Our favorite beaches: Rainbow Beach, Cane Bay Beach, and Cramer Beach*** (Sandy Point Beach was closed).
