Our 2 bedroom / 2 bath condo is less than 50 feet from the turquoise blue Caribbean.
Your 240 sq.ft gallery ( balcony ) overlooks the turquoise blue Caribbean Sea.
The gallery is comfortably furnished for evening relaxation and al fresco dining.
Inside, you will find 2 comfortable bedrooms with A/C.
The Master bedroom features a King size bed, en suite bath and A/C.
The Guest bedroom has two twin beds and A/C.
The twins can combine to a King upon request.
The condo is stocked with board games,a cooler,beach chairs and beach towels.
Two bathrooms are stocked with plenty of towels, soap and shampoo.
Dine out at our world class restaurants, some within walking distance...
Or show off your culinary skill in our full kitchen...
You'll find plenty of dishware, glasses and utensils and all major appliances including microwave and a blender to try out some frozen drink recipes.
There is even a washer/dryer for your use...
The spacious living room has Satellite TV, FREE WiFi and a hard wired connection for the working vacationer.
All TV's are "smart" so bring your NetFlix code and binge some movies in the evening.
.This newly rebuilt condo now has A/C in the living room as well.
Colony Cove is a gated, security patrolled complex located close to Christiansted for dining, shopping and sight seeing.
It has a fresh water pool with plenty of deck space, gas grills, tennis courts and direct beach access.
There are 2 restaurant/bars within walking distance and 2 grocery stores that are a short drive.
A rental car is not a necessity but is recommended.
A selection of activity brochures will be available upon arrival or at the front desk.
We highly recommend the purchase of Traveler Insurance to protect against airline cancellations or delays.

SARGASSO Update:
The Caribbean Sea has been experiencing higher volumes of Sargasso sea grass in recent years. This sea grass can wash up and pile on the beach and create an unpleasant smell as it decays. It is most prevalent on the North and East side of the island. In large amounts it prevents enjoyable use of our beach.
The west end of the island has beautiful beaches that are almost always sea grass free.
The Sargasso grass is most prevalent during the hotter months of late July - September.
This condition is unpredictable on a week to week basis and something that is totally out of our control. As a result, unfortunately our current policy must be that we cannot issue refunds as a result of Sargasso.

We rented this condo a few days before going to St.Croix because our other host canceled on us. First, let me say the Condo is clean, updated and beautifully furnished. It also had an expansive balcony, however we couldn’t sit outside because of the horrible smell. The beach was full of seaweed from Sargassum making it unusable. We couldn’t use the pool as well due o the smell. We chose this condo to just relax on the patio and watch the ocean. That didn’t happen. The owner should have been more upfront before renting! Prior to renting, ask the owner if there is Sargassum on the beach. If yes…Don’t rent it. You will be disappointed as we were!
