This high-end, low-density destination offers every luxury imaginable, making it the perfect location for a Gulf Coast getaway you’ll never forget.
This stunning 5th floor beachfront retreat boasts a spacious open-concept layout, high-end furnishings and appliances, and luxurious appointments throughout. The living area is the ultimate lounge space, boasting a huge sectional, 2 cushioned chairs, a large HDTV and beachfront balcony access! The gourmet kitchen offers everything needed to inspire your inner-chef. The dining area offers a beautiful table seating for 6, with additional seating for 4 at the expansive breakfast bar. The gorgeous master suite includes a cozy king bed topped with luxury linens and posh bedding, a large LCD television, walk in closet and beachfront terrace access. The ensuite master bath is equally impressive, featuring a huge 2-person jetted tub, separate glass shower, double vanities and even a bidet! The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms are equally accommodating, each hosting premium mattresses, soft linens, flat screen TVs and private baths, plus northerly views of the Key highlighting the Intercoastal Waterway and Old River.
The La Playa features luxury amenities, including a gulf front seasonally heated pool, a fitness center with gulf views, a boardwalk to the beautiful beach, and one assigned covered parking spot (all other cars have offsite parking). With only 37 residences at the building, this low density property is the perfect destination for your beach getaway!
*La Playa limits occupancy to 2 adults per bedroom, and onsite parking to 1 vehicle per unit. Nearby overflow parking is available year round.

We had our family stay and we encountered a few minor issues. The one to mention is the ice maker froze up. Maintenance looked at it on Sunday but it took me to call back on Tuesday to get an update and someone to come fix it. Management noted they did not have the issue on the records and they did supply a bag of ice. Other than that the condo was very nice great view. I did notice the building is very well built as we hardly if at all heard anyone above or to the side of us. Well insulated. Thank you for the quiet time.

Excellent location in Perdido. The condo was in great shape and had a beautiful view. So many restaurants and other activities in the area. We will definitely stay here again.

Great condo and wonderful management team. We had a shower issue. They came the next morning (Sunday )to fix it. We duo call until late afternoon on Saturday.

This year 3 stars. This year upon arrival things were
just"off".Coffee spills on balcony rail and down tile, missing towels from towel tacks, sticky spots on floor. There was a missing glass top in refrigerator. We had 3 missing outdoor chairs from dining table. They were finally replaced with indoor blue white bar stools. We were told they were broken. Would have liked knowing before hand; we have family nearby and no chairs. All of our lamps were unplugged, all bedside and missing extention cords and impossible to reach. One lamp in living area had floor outlet under rug. Maintainence didn't adress, just moved a floor lamp. Was told it probably never worked! The handicap button entering pool never worked; I was recovering from ankle surgery so it was an inconvenience, for others it might be a bigger issue. Our stay not reflective of a high end luvury rental.I am confident you want to secure your valued reputation. I hope this was helpful.
