LaPlaya condo 301 is beautiful. It is very clean and very well decorated. It has everything that you will need. Had a small problem with a shower and a sliding door which was resolved quickly by a call to Luxury Coastal Vacations. Great place and great dealings with Luxury Coastal Vacations.

Such a beautiful place. Very spacious. The amenities in the kitchen were awesome such as a wine chiller and stand-alone ice machine. Loved all the windows thru out the place. It was really nice and convenient to have secure storage on the first level to store beach items. The only negative I have is the parking situation. Very small parking area. One space per unit. If you have additional vehicles they have to park offsite which is so inconvenient.
Despite the parking issue this is truly a beautiful place and I would stay here again.

This was a wonderful property for a relaxing family trip after a crazy year. It was very spacious, and we absolutely loved sitting on the huge balcony and listening to the ocean.

We stayed last week. Loved it! Stayed at La Playa. Condo was very clean and roomy. Was so quiet. Had everything we needed. No complaints. Will definitely stay again. Felt very secure.
