The open and spacious floor plan connects the living room, dining room, and kitchen, which are surrounded by walls of expansive windows that highlight spectacular views of the Gulf. The living room features ample seating which opens to the oversized beachfront balcony. If you love to cook, you won’t want to leave this gourmet kitchen! Fully equipped with all you’ll need to prepare a 5-star meal, this space features stainless steel appliances and a beautiful bar including seating for four, as well as a breakfast nook with seating for five and dining area for 6. Enjoy the ample outdoor seating options as well on the huge balcony, with one table seating 4 and another seating 6. *NEW FEATURE* 4 chaise lounge chairs on the balcony! The rest of the unit is equally impressive, with a master suite hosting a king bed with high-end bedding and luxurious linens, and floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the gulf. The attached master bath features an oversized jetted tub with gulf views, a separate shower, and twin vanities. The second bedroom has two twin beds, while the third has another king with an attached bath.
The La Playa features luxury amenities, including a gulf front seasonally heated pool, a fitness center with gulf views, a boardwalk to the beautiful beach, and one assigned covered parking spot (all other cars have offsite parking). Great location. Clean, well-equipped property. Condo is exactly as it appears in photos. Roomy and well appointed. Kitchen was well stocked. Easy access to beach. Fantastic wrap around view. Check in after hours was easy and close by to get keys. Would stay again.

Everything was good. Check in after hours was fine. The condo was clean and well maintained. Location is ideal for the beach and convenient.

Really loved everything about the condo. The kitchen was fully equipped and not just pieced together like most rentals. I felt like I was at home, even though we didn’t have a blind in the master bath for the entire trip. I alerted the property manager the first night when I went to put the blind down and couldn’t. They sent maintenance the next day to fix it. The blind couldn’t be fixed and they needed to get a new one but a new one wasn’t installed during our stay. We were high enough up that people couldn’t see in when we were in there. Would come back again and again.
