About this apartment rental
Tucked away on a hillside that spills into a bay dotted with boats and pelicans, this studio is charming beyond the norm. Enjoy one of the most beautiful settings in San Carlos with this sunset view apartment.
Located on the Caracol Peninsula, one of the most secure and quiet areas in town, these one-bedroom apartments are perfect for extended family gatherings because each has its own living/dining area, kitchen, bedroom and bath with shower. But when you want to socialize, the units share a common garden, parking/laundry area and covered balconies from which you can sit and enjoy the spectacular views of the Marina Channel and the Tetakawi.
The studio is cozy and great for two. The kitchen air completer, the bed is tucked to the back, and there living room opens onto a small patio with a dining table.
There is covered and secured parking as well.
Just a short drive finds you in there heart of San Carlos, with many well known restaurants liked Hammerheads, Tortugas, and La Calaca not to far away.
The cozy studio is casual and charming, and makes a romantic spot to get away from it all. The open studio format presents comfortable sleeping area, and a living room that looks out at the mountains beyond.
Below the unit is a charming terraces garden area, and place to stop and view the sunset abound.

The view is excellent, the access to the property is a bit challenging and the privacy questionable. My neighbor came just in front of my door to go down the stairs to the little garden.
This is a quiet neighborhood.

The absolute best things about these units are the location and the view. Both are outstanding. We stayed in unit 3. Unit 1 was not booked the entire time we stayed and would have been much better. To get to unit 3 you must walk through the porch area of unit 4. It was always cluttered and dirty. One weeknight, about 9:30, a dog inside of unit 4 started barking. No one was home but the dog. It barked almost non-stop until almost 11:30 pm, when the resident finally came home. I will not stay in unit 3 again. Units 1 and 2 are upstairs and much better. We stayed in unit 1 last year and loved it, but this trip was just off. Check-in was difficult and slow, the security deposit was not returned for over two weeks, and the stay was just not as enjoyable as before.

This property is perfect for my diving trips to San Carlos Sonora MX. The neighborhood is secured 24/7 buy guards at the gate. I have access to a large covered parking area with a hose to clean and dry my dive equipment before heading home. The marina and restaurants are minutes away from the property. This will continue to be my place of choice for all my trips in future.
