This studio is part of a 4-studio unit and shares the garden, parking lot and laundry with the other 3 studios. You will still have your privacy as it has its own kitchen, dinning room and living room. It also has its own balcony from wich you can enjoy the beautiful view of Tetakawi peak and the Marina San Carlos entrance. There´s a full bed in the bedroom and its bathroom with shower.

Our stay was great, all went smoothly from check-in through check-out. The unit was clean and comfy with that "View"! Nice Neighborhood for walking, also a secluded beach down below the studio.

AWESOME VIEW! This a beautiful efficient rental with all the amenities. the only down side for us was the bed and couch (a pull out bed) were extremely hard. other than that, great price, secure location, close to town, it was great.

I was under the impression that the parking was gated and locked. That is true but there isn't enough parking places for all the apartments.
