The Space
The building is secured behind a gate and has plenty of extra parking for large recreational vehicles. We have a local team for 24-hour support.

Guest Access
The entire property is fenced in. Guests will have access to the entire apartment and parking lot.

Smoking is allowed outside of the apartment. Sofa converts into a bed to allow additional guests. Pets are allowed for an additional cleaning fee of $50.
**Up to 2 guests. Any more than 2 will be an additional charge of $25 per person per night. (House can sleep 4 people).

Nice pool, comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen, excellent AC which was much appreciated. Manager responded quickly to a problem with the gate to the property. Check in seems overly complicated but local crime risks may justify the use of 3 locks to get into the unit.

Easy access, close to everything, clean unit, and hot water! It's great to have a washer and dryer on site to use as well. I don't have to do laundry when I get back home.
