About this apartment rental
Thank you for your interest in our property. 20 Minutes from downtown Puerto Vallarta, our 8TH FLOOR VILLA MAGNA CONDOMINIUM overlooks one of the largest stretches of beach in Nuevo Vallarta.
Our 4 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom condominium is just a short 15 minute ride from the airport and 25 minutes from the center of Puerto Vallarta.
Situated where the jungle meets the sea along Banderas Bay, our condominium provides stunning views to Punta de Mita to the North and Mismaloya to the South. It is one of the largest condominiums in the Villa Magna development, with over 2,300 square feet of living space, including a large patio, where you can watch the world go by.
The Villa Magna Development has three condominium towers and is currently anchored by the FIESTA AMERICANA ALL INCLUSIVE HOTEL. As a guest of a condo owner, you are able to use all the common facilities of the property and hotel free of charge. If you wish, you can use the hotel restaurants 'a la carte' or purchase a 24 hour all inclusive pass. The hotel has has five restaurants, spa, bars, and numerous activities available to you.
All four bedrooms have spectacular views. There are two master bedrooms, both with king sized beds, a third with twin beds and the fourth has a twin bed with a trundle. All the beds are pillow top with box spring mattresses. Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and separate air conditioning unit. (All air conditioning units and compressors replaced August 2018). There is a full-sized designer kitchen with granite counter tops and a large dining/living area, all with sweeping views of the Bay. The condo is fully equipped with linens, towels, utensils, appliances and a full sized washer and dryer. In the living room is a 42' flat screen television where you can enjoy SKY Digital TV. We also have a DVD player and a very large selection of DVD's. The condo also has its own high speed internet connection.
We would love you to stay at our condominium; you will think you have arrived in paradise as soon as you step in and see the view. Our bi-lingual property manager lives nearby and will assist with any questions/concerns you might have during your stay. Prior to your visit, we can give you advice on vacation planning.
We are happy to provide you with references from past guests who have enjoyed our condo.
Lastly, we are legally registered with the Mexican Government and pay/remit all associated Mexican taxes.

We had a wonderful time in our Villa Magna home away from home. The floorplan was fantastic for our group of 5. We so appreciated all the bathrooms! We spent our days watching whales in the bay (with the provided binoculars!), boogie boarding in the ocean (boogie boards also provided!), and lounging by the pool. We’ve travelled to the area many times and love to explore downtown Puerto Vallarta (Rent a car or take a cab stationed right on the corner by Villa Magna) or into nearby Bucerías. The food is fantastic, the people of PV are so kind and generous, and the art and culture of this area are such a joy to experience.

We rented 2 condos loved all the quick process and cleanness of both and property owner/manager answer any questions quick soo good and nice ..loved our vaca no issues .

This beachfront condo is amazing. The view from the living room and master bedroom are stunning. An extra large window in the dining living area lets you have a nonstop ocean view. The location is great! Once off the elevator, you are a few steps from the beach and pool. The pool is huge and there is always a place to sit. The first snack bar by the pool has phenomenal food. They have great tacos, grilled steak burritos, chips & guacamole and more. The prices for food range from 100 to about 170 pesos. The quality of the food is so fresh! The alcoholic drinks are great and cost 100 pesos. Tacos Sonorita is a great restaurant that is a 2.00 uber ride away. The Uber rides are easy and inexpensive. Another restaurant I highly recommend is YEO, a $2.00 Uber ride away, you will not regret eating here, best sushi place ever! The prices are reasonable as it is a higher-end restaurant.
Back to the condo... it has 4 bedrooms and 2 masters that are very large with a bathroom and shower. There is a small bedroom off the kitchen with a single bed that pulls out, more ideal for teens or children, and also with a bathroom. There is a 4th bedroom that is spacious with two single beds large closet and bathroom with shower. There is also a single bathroom off the hallway. This condo is so roomy and great for travel with friends and/or family.
I fell in love with this condo and Puerto Vallarta. I recommend venturing out to the boardwalk. The owner is great and has wonderful communication.

This was our first trip to Mexico and we were not disappointed. We went with relatives who were familiar with the area but had not stayed at this location before. The condo was exactly as listed, clean with a spacious wide open floor plan, well maintained facility and wonderful views of the ocean and pool area. When we arrived we were met by the property manager who showed us to our unit and walked us through everything. Prior to arrival the owner had emailed us all the pertinent information regarding the area and Dreams Resort. We only utilized Dreams restaurants for breakfast one morning we mostly used the poolside bar for drinks and afternoon eats. The breakfast was good with all you could drink Mimosas and Bloody Marys for $23 US but we enjoyed the poolside bar most...wonderful fish and shrimp tacos.Not far from the condo there are many free standing restaurants that we also enjoyed within a 5-10 minute walk from the condo. Fajita Republic (recommend reservations for large groups) was a really nice place for dinner. 3 x 3 which was right next door to Fajita Republic was great for breakfast and the food was outstanding, I recommend the shrimp omelet and get the premium combo which included pastries, coffee, fruit cocktail and fruit smoothie. Lastly La Isla was a cute quaint little restaurant we visited for lunch and their chicken fajitas were amazing.We would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking to visit the area, we truly enjoyed our stay.
