I RENT TWO MORE UNITS NUMBER 160098 ( 2 BEDROOM) AND 652882 ( 3 BEDROOOM) BOTH IN ARIEL DUNES I
Beautifully decorated 18th floor unit which is meticulously maintained!
Step through the door and you immediately notice the beautifully tiled flooring,luxury vinyl plank and "no" carpeting!!! the high ceilings and the many upgrades throughout.
Walk out onto your 6'x25' private balcony from your master bedroom or living area and take in the spectacular, panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico. Sit and relax or have your meals out on the balcony and enjoy the warm, tropical breezes from the gulf.
The living/dining area is complete with a large screen flat TV , a queen size sofa bed and plenty of room to relax after a day of fun in the sun. The dining area seats six comfortably around the table and provides additional seating at the breakfast bar.
The master and additional bedroom, which are tastefully decorated, also have flat screen TVs and a dresser/chest for you to unpack and feel at home.
The master bathroom is complete with a separate shower, garden tub and a double vanity. Private access to the additional bathroom through the second bedroom.
The kitchen with upgraded GE stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops is fully equipped with plenty of utensils, plates, and cookware. A coffee maker, blender, toaster and many other items are also here for your convenience.

Sandy was wonderful to work with. We had some issues with unit above us being renovated and Sandy moved us to another unit. The main thing the original unit needs is a smart TV. The tvs were outdated. Other than that it was good. Thanks Sandy!

My daughter and I wanted a beach get-away for a quick vacation. The location of the property is ideal and being on the 18th floor provided amazing views of the beach without interference from other nearby properties. Our unit was exactly as described and provided all that we needed to enjoy our stay.
We spent time at the beach and at the pool. Pool area was clean and had enough lounge chairs for those using the pool area. The on-site restaurant was perfect for lunch each day and our waitress was excellent!
We would definitely recommend and are considering a return trip next year - but will stay longer!
