GREAT location--easy walk to the best beach we've ever been to and a good restaurant on site.However, there were problems. The A/C does not cool below 74 degrees. The queen bed in the 2nd bedroom has very little verticle space because it's under the twin overhead. It's also got a solid wall of frame, so if you're over 5'9" you won't be able to stretch out. The floor was not clean--the bottoms of our feet (after being at the beach AND showering, were dirty.The handle for the screen door in the living room is broken. There is is mold on the master bedroom nightstands.
