- Second bedroom with king size bed, flat screen TV and adjoining bathroom.
- Separate bunk room with bunk beds, chest of drawers and TV.
- Fully equipped kitchen with granite Counter tops.
- Laundry room with large capacity washer and dryer in unit.
- Large living area with new furniture and 65" FLAT SCREEN TV. ( sleeper sofa sheets are stored in the large walk in master bedroom closet)

Cancellation Policy
Full Refunds:
Cancellations must be made by email to Your Friend at the Beach (YFAB).
For stays less than 28 days: Cancellation must occur at least 30 days prior to the check-in date.
For stays longer than 28 days: Cancellation must occur at least 90 days prior to the check-in date.
Partial Refunds:
Cancellations made between 29 and 14 days prior to the start of the stay, receive a 50% refund.
No Refunds: Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the start of the stay are not eligible for any refund.
Your Friend at the Beach accepts VISA, MC, Discover and can arrange for E-checks. We DO NOT accept American Express

Our stay at San Remo was amazing! The location was perfect. The condo had everything we needed. Walk to the beach was so short! Beach access was fantastic! Plenty of room. We will definitely be back!

The location was great, room was ready on time, the unit was very dirty, bathrooms had not been cleaned or sanitized to our satisfaction. Had to go buy cleaning supplies.the kitchen and tv area had lots of cereal on the floor and under tables, the kitchen had roaches in the coffee maker, the washer or dryer tore up the towels, shredded a few, afraid to do our laundry after that.
