The Space:
Villa Pacifica Palmilla truly represents its name as the “peaceful villa” just steps away from the beach. This beautiful 6-bedroom 6-bath Cabo San Lucas home sits right on the soft sandy beach. Large glass windows take full advantage of this wonderful ocean view to create a unique blending of indoor and outdoor spaces. The peaceful beauty of this ocean paradise enters every room. The prime oceanfront location has made Villa Pacifica a favorite spot for weddings and anniversaries.
The interiors of Villa Pacifica were designed for entertaining and exude an inviting warmth with its hand-painted tiles, handcrafted accents, and flowing arches. Indoors, adjacent to the living and dining areas is a Mexican-tiled kitchen complimented by warm woods. The open floor plan includes a beautifully decorated kitchen with a breakfast bar next to the dining area and great room. The kitchen is equipped with premium stainless steel appliances. The back of the great room is a wall of floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors that open out onto the patio and provide spectacular views of the Sea of Cortez. The main house also includes four private bedroom suites and there are two bedrooms in the guest house.
Outdoors, you’ll find well-manicured lawns, palm trees swaying in the sea breeze, colorful and exotic flowers with an open-air terrace, wet bar, barbecue, and infinity pool overlooking the ocean. Villa Pacific Palmilla includes a relaxing stone courtyard and tiered water fountain.
This luxury villa is located in the exclusive Palmilla residential community and includes access to the Palmilla Golf and Tennis clubs. Additional fees apply. Please request reservations and tee times from our staff. Restaurant reservations may also be requested and are subject to availability and confirmation from the One & Only Palmilla Hotel.
**Please note there is an additional $40/day cleaning fee for groups of 8+ and payable to villa staff upon your arrival**

A fantastic break from the Pacific Northwest to sun and sand for our extended family of 10. We used all six bedrooms and they were comfortable. Great beach access although lots of stairs so not for folks with mobility challenges. We had dinner made at the house three nights and it was fantastic. Beach was safe and comfortable for swimming. Lots of whales visible from the house and pool. Enjoy!

The property is beautiful. Location cannot be better. Although it was warm in August when we visited, the access to the swimmable beach made it worth it. The property is a bit older, but is overall well kept. The staff was friendly and wonderful, they accommodated our every request and were adaptable to when we needed chef/ bartender services when our day trip got cancelled due to bad weather.
