Designed with the traditional Manzanillo style décor, Villa Las Rocas offers inviting, spacious areas in which your group can gather. The main living area boasts open-air living, a large gourmet kitchen and dining area that all overlook the bar, pool and beach. The expansive pool and Jacuzzi areas sit at beach level and are just a few steps from the poolside bar, which is restocked daily for your convenience.
Looking for a bit of privacy away from your group? Escape to one of the 7 bedroom suites located throughout the lushly landscaped property. The secluded master casita opens to oceanfront terraces and its own private Jacuzzi while two additional buildings on the property house the remaining 6 bedroom suites.
And whether you're the type to lounge poolside while feasting on margaritas, chips and guacamole or one that will take advantage of the property's stand up paddle boards, surfboards, kayaks, and boogie boards, have no doubt - there is something for everyone at Villa Las Rocas. Once you check into Villa Las Rocas, you will not want to leave.
EVENTS: Villa Las Rocas can accommodate special events of up to 40 guests. A minimum stay requirement, extra event fee, and applicable permits apply.

This was the best family reunion ever. The Villa is so relaxing and is right on a beautiful sandy beach, The views from the villa are spectacular; overlooking the 3 swimming pools, gazebo, lounge chairs, hammocks and the ocean. It also came with kayaks. There are 2 large fabulous living rooms plus a nice dining table. The rooms were all first class and cleaned daily. However, the best part were the couple that managed the villa and cooked our tasty breakfast and dinners. They were the nicest and most genuine people you could ever meet.

I truly can not express how wonderful this home, staff, and concierge service was. Completely surpassed my already high expectations. Eeveryone was so friendly, hard working, kind, and trustworthy. We felt so spoiled the entire time and were truly able to unwind and relax. Our concierge, Andrea made sure that ever detail was planned to perfection and was an incredible resource to me during our entire stay. I hope I get to return soon! THANK YOU

Great house. Lots of spaces to enjoy lunch
Only bad thing is the water heater takes awhile to reach bathrooms.
Ask for Sergio and Marco chef services.

This is a really beautiful villa with fantastic ocean views from almost anywhere on the property. Multi-level pool with lots of provided pool toys was constantly in use by the adults and children. Crashing waves made the beach very scenic, but not recommended for swimming.
Bring lots of bug spray for the mosquitoes. Concierge services were very pricey.
