Perfect house for a group of friends or multiple families. Best views in Palmilla. Staff from LuxMex made the trip extra enjoyable and memorable. Be sure to utilize the access to One and Only for spa and restaurants.

We are a late-50s affluent couple who often travel within the US and internationally to hotels and rental properties. We rented the house for five couples, including us. Our experience with this property was flawless. The house is as pictured. The outdoor space is spacious and comfortable, with spectacular views (we saw a few whales playing). The neighborhood is clean, well-maintained, and easy to navigate.
Lux-Mex, the property managers, were kind, professional, and easy to reach and work with. The butler, chef, and housekeeper staff they provided were top-notch, professional, and personable.
We highly recommend this property and Lux-Mex.

WOW WOW WOW!!! I cannot say enough aboit this house and the staff that catered to us. First of all, this villa was exceptional. Every room was wonderfully decorated and very comfortable. Each room had its own bathroom which made it very easy with 11 women.
The grounds and pool were like we were at our own private resort and we never left the property. Perched on top of the hillside, you just sit and enjoy the gorgeous view. We had our own private whale watching also.
And then there is the staff, Chef Martin, our butler Misal and daily housekeeper Aravelle catered to all our needs. So professional, so delicious and we never felt that they were intruding in our space. The food was impeccable. Dont ever leave the villa, because you will not get the personalized service or delicious food anywhere else. We have been spoiled.
Highly recommend this villa. You will not regret it.
