Enjoy great ocean and pool views from this two bedroom, 1 ¾ bath corner villa. Throw open the French doors to the balcony from the living room and the master bedroom and breathe in the fresh sea air. The master bedroom has a Cal King bed and ensuite bathroom (full), bedroom 2 has a queen bed, and the queen sofa sleeper is in the living room. The second bathroom (3/4) is adjacent to bedroom two. You will find a 42-inch flat panel TV in the living room and additional TV's in both bedrooms. There are 78 steps up from the street level, and it's worth every step! 4-passenger golf cart, free WiFi, and 860 SF. H159 | | | Rental of a vacation home in Hamilton Cove includes use of the community’s amenities (pool, spa, health club, 18-hole putting course, tennis courts, croquet court, sand volleyball court and beach area with built in barbecues and picnic tables). Beautiful place, stunning ocean views upon entering! Golf cart was a great bonus & was a lovely scenic drive from Hamilton Cove to Avalon. The space was clean and had a large and open balcony. It's about 3-4 flights of stairs up, but the view made it worth it. Main concern was the lack of signal/wi-fi outside the condo to contact a taxi/family members. Other than that, would love to return!

Very nice place. It was a great unit, on the end so only one balcony next to you and the other side was hillside. Very quiet place and not far from downtown. Lots of deer along the ride. Pool was warm. The jacuzzi jets need to be fixed, they blow up in the air vs out. Condo was clean and just right. Felt spacious even with 5 people in it. The large balcony is a bonus. Not every unit has that.

Great view, nice balcony, awesome golf cart. Place was overall clean. Walked up a lot of stairs with luggage but not the end of that world. We would stay here again.

The deck and view were amazing! The interior was clean but extremely worn out especially the kitchen. The cooktop on the stove is a safety/fire hazard so we didn’t use it. The dishwasher same. Waking up and down the steps was fine. Very quiet and pool well maintained. Just felt expensive for the quality of the interior and appliances. Will book earlier for another unit next time.
