On a wide, white-sand beach overlooking the spectacular aqua-colored waters of Cowpet Bay, this luxurious condominium is located just minutes from Red Hook for shopping or dining, or the ferry to St. John or Tortola.
Relax in this centrally air-conditioned, two-bedroom, two-bath condominium complete with a fully-equipped kitchen, living/dining room, washer/dryer, ceiling fans, two TVs. All linens and beach towels are provided. Wi-fi is available.
Each bedroom has a king-sized bed. Situated right above the water, you will enjoy breathtaking ocean views from the large, private deck adjoining the oceanside bedroom and living room. An additional queen-sized sleeper-sofa allows for a total of six guests. Perfect for two couples or families.
Wander the beautifully landscaped grounds. Swim in the crystal-clear blue waters. Lounge chairs are provided on the beach, and sailboat, kayak, windsurfer, snorkel, and waterbike rentals are available, along with a beach bar, and beach shop at the next-door Elysian Resort. We had a really wonderful stay overall. What truly made the experience exceptional was the quality of communication with the owner — it was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. Everything was smooth, clear, and very pleasant.The apartment itself was very clean and well maintained. The beds were comfortable, and while the linens and overall equipment were more “good and functional” than luxurious, everything worked perfectly fine. The kitchen was adequately equipped for our needs.The view is lovely, even though it’s not completely unobstructed due to another building in front. That said, you still get a very nice outlook and the proximity to the beach is a real plus. Easy access, but many stairs!The resort itself is enjoyable, with a couple of dining options — one on the expensive side, and another more casual and affordable with simple options like pizza, sandwiches (open all day)If I had to mention one area for improvement, it would be that some aspects of the property are starting to feel a bit dated. A few updates — particularly in the bathrooms, doors, and some shared areas — would really elevate the overall experience and give it a more modern feel. The washing machines, for example, are quite old, even though they are still functional.That said, everything worked well, and we had a very positive stay. Once again, the communication and overall exchange with the owner were truly excellent and made this stay particularly enjoyable.

We greatly enjoyed our stay here on Cowpet Bay. Great amenities, beautiful area, the unit was very clean and had everything we needed. We especially liked having the beach chairs and snorkel equipment. Communication with Walter was great, as well. I would highly recommend!

Walter was very attentive to our needs and response to questions was quick. The condo was well stock with all essentials. Loved the amenities such as beach and pool was great! Couldn’t have asked more..
